I have a RX 6700 XT standard model, which has a less than ideal cooler design for hot climates. I use LACT to undervolt and to put a power cap of -10W. It does its job very well for me.
While the visual is not as fancy as AMD's control panel on Windows, it is still easy in the eyes and in my opinion, less cluttered and easier to find what you are looking for, which is a big plus.
The only "complication" is to install and config its daemon, so it keeps the settings you configured between sessions, but even that is automated and noob level easy.
I'm glad Linux had a tool like that, and wish its developers earn more recognition from the hardware vendors.

No One Lives Forever 1 and 2. Oh boy, do I miss those. I remember GoG trying to bring them to their store, just to get uninterested responses from the IP owners.
They were told that "no one knows for sure who owns the IP". Someone joked that they should bring it to the store anyway, since it would be a guaranteed way to start a fire under the asses of the IP owners and sort things out.

In one side, I think is good devs can work on things they are interested. On the other side, I really wanted they released a second Android Assault Cactus. It is my favorite twin stick shooter, and I see potential for more games on that IP.

I always have satisfaction when a indie studio are successful for trying something different. The malaise of only pursuing the same old concepts afflicts not only big studios, but indies too. I hope they hit gold and can get as deep as Moria.

It's a series of games I never got into, sadly. They have such a loyal fanbase, must be doing something right. I think it was MGS5 that I tried to play, but spent like 40 minutes watching cutscenes in a plane on the way to the first mission. I just remember thinking that I'd have been better off watching a movie instead.Yeah, me too. Unskippable cutscenes are not for me. Although I have more patience now for slow pacing games, I still don't think I will take this one.
The Capcom Arcade Classics & Fighters Pack Humble Bundle has lots of goodies again

My dream is Capcom finally makes the effort to re-release licensed arcade games they did in the 90's, like Area 88 and Alien vs Predator, but specially Cadillac & Dinosaurs (their best beat'em up).
But I would be happy if they just ditched the awful "Capcom Arcade Stadium" interface, and do what Bitwave did with the Toaplam arcade games, a direct launch to the game itself and from there you can make changes as necessary.

Crysis is one of those franchises I wish would be yanked from the original creators, and given to a developer who cares.
So much potential there, but so little will to use it right, like the disappointing remaster they released.

Stellar Blade to be optimized for the Steam Deck and other "UMPC environments"

UMPC is the actual category name for Handheld PC? Huh. And ultra-mobile... I initially thought it'd mean "ultra-mini PC" but I guess that would make it ambiguous with Single Board Computers.Never heard of this term before too. Most people I see just call the Steam Deck and similars as "portables".
