Happy Sunday (and Mother's Day here in the US!). For me, it's been Space Haven all week since the new Beta dropped. Loving this one, for sure.
Also managed a bit of Rocket League.
Will be starting Va-ll Hall-a tonight.

I would absolutely LOVE a copy. Game looks great, too - If not slightly terrifying.

This game actually looks great - reviews are very positive. And, now that it's on sale, I'll have to pick this one up.

Quoting: CatKiller<snip>I control Kodi with my TV remote control through HDMI CEC, and used my Steam Controller to control Steam. There's no mouse or keyboard attached - I administer it over SSH, generally from my phone - which is why it's been a low priority to look at again. But it worked well in the past.Awesome. Thanks for the info!

I read the original last night and was blown away! Very cool and man is that dude dedicated. If you don't own the game, I can't recommend enough. And, if you're one of those "hard core" gamers, there's no way you'll come out of a session or five with RtR and say that it was "too damn easy"

Quoting: ElectricPrismEdit: Used SteamOS a few years and loved it, the AUR has a lot of awesome content between Kodi, Retroarch, etc... I'm really glad someone is picking up the torch and making improvements, adding Value to to Valve products for gamers like Emulators, Chromium Browser (for Netflixers probably), etc... is perfect.Wondering if it would be easy to launch Steam in BPM from within Kodi? I haven't used Kodi in a while, but am looking to make a Linux streaming / medium gaming box for the family room. In my use-case, I'd rather boot into Kodi and launch Plex and Steam from there.

Quoting: scaineI mean, how stupid a decision is it really? That I had to install Thunar AND geany, just so I could make a single line edit to my file, the way I've done so for years, and the way that I can do so on every other desktop environment available? That's... pretty stupid, I reckon. On KDE Plasma on can install Konqueror in under a minute. By the way, it's a really awesome Midnight Commander, twin pane file manager (and more).
Konqueror is KDE's Webbrowser and swiss-army-knife for any kind of file-management and file previewing.
Features:
Webbrowsing using KHTML or KDEWebKit as rendering engines
File management using most of Dolphin's features (including version-control, service menus and the basic UI)
File management on ftp and sftp servers
Full featured FTP-client (you can split views to display local and remote folders and previews in the same window)
Embedded applications to preview files (e.g. Okular and Calligra for documents, Gwenview for pictures, KTextEditor for text-files)
Different kinds of plugins: Service-menus, KParts (embedded applications), KIO (accessing files using special protocols like http or ftp) and KPart-plugins (like AdBlocker...)

Quoting: MayeulCWow, they announce a story mode for Annie.I bought the expansion in...hmmm...2017 or 2018. Doesn't bother me at all. The more the merrier, I say.
A bit surprised they went this route. Doesn't this risk alienating users that paid for the DLC and would have had them for free had they waited a bit?

Quoting: lqe5433There is no blocking in this game ?Yes there's blocking. SGs is definitely not a button-masher fighter, and is widely considered to be on of the deepest fighting games ever made. I'm sure the lack of blocking in the above video was to showcase combo's in a short time-space.

Quoting: KohlyKohlThe only common hardware that I have are NVidia cards on all of my hardware. Perhaps the NVidia proprietary driver is causing these issues I've been having after updates.Yea there seem to be cased where NVidia and Plasma don't always play well together. I only run AMD on Linux, as to avert such things.
