Ooooh, burn so big I hope you're wearing your fireproof pants! It will probably work ok for people. Somebody on reddit noted that they're on AMD and all of Aspyr's recent stuff works fine for them despite being 'unsupported'.

I'm happy Aspyr is still nonchalantly glancing linux's way at least. Hopefully they get good sales (I did my +1) and continue pushing out future titles.

Now to address that directly. I got tired of issues cropping up when updating, I was taken in by "ooo shiny, updates often" etc etc. In reality, it's not all that stable, especially when it comes to gaming. I'm happy on Ubuntu, it does all I need it to.

I agree about the stability part. Arch breaks more than probably any other linux distro I've used. I'm pretty spoiled by gentoo though. If something breaks, it was pretty much my fault.

Oh, I'd like to read about that. For instance, "deep charge" is still a mystery for me. All I remember is that people usually name the games they want to be ported or if they saw the depots on SteamDB. Probably I haven't followed those threads long enough for the answer to really surface...

Depth Charge was never released so we'll never know if the speculators were correct or not. The smart money for that one was on Evolve.

That's unlikely, the port's hint is marked as "Quite Soon" which is the third, and most distant, category of upcoming ports in the radar.

One of their big releases (Deus Ex maybe?) showed up in the outer ring and then was released about 10 days later.

The grind is by design because they want you to pay for supporter packs monthly to reduce grind. I found the game more enjoyable than I thought I would but once the Path of Exile 3.0 expansion came out I haven't felt any compelling reason to go back.
