Good point. My family watches Netflix, but I don't watch much passive TV. I might notice a movie I want to watch but I don't get around to sitting down at the TV for 3 months, but by then it is gone off the service.

Games would be much much worse. I have a session of New Vegas I need to get back to from about 2 years ago.

Exactly. Ask smaller-name musicians how much money they make on spotify or other streaming services.

Streaming only benefits the platforms and the big names. Everyone else loses.

I already know how to win:

1) Live below your means
2) Save
3) Invest in a total world index ETF (such as Vanguard)
4) Keep saving

c) You get charged for the number of months that you get. However, if you purchase multiple, you can "pause" to skip a month and it won't be deducted. My year subscription lasted for 2.5 years :D

Could I get some advice? I have never done the humble choice thing (I have so many games).

a) How do we know these games will be in next month's choice? (see below)

b) If I join after May 4th, do I miss those games or do they remain part of the sign up month?

c) If I join and then quit, how many months do I get charged for?
