This is great. Amazing what the community can do.
I am really wanting incremental updates for their Linux games, though. I don't want to re-download 2 to 7 GB every time a game changes. However, that is probably only possible with support from GOG.
Edit: Looks like I made the same complaint last time... oops.

This looks surprisingly clever. It is always difficult to mix "realistic" with "fun" but I hope they pull it off.

Man, I played a lot of Infocom back in the day and loved them. This sounds cool but I am not sure how it would compete with everything in my backlog

In theory, I like the new questions but the VRR one isn't clear unless you are the sort of person who has purposefully bought a variable refresh capable monitor. For everyone else, it may be opaque. My first thought was it was asking me if I used v-sync or if I just left the frame rate unlocked in my games.
The upcoming metroidvania RPG 'Heart Forth, Alicia' is looking gorgeous

Quoting: tuubiLooks and sounds really nice. Looking forward to your review of the finished game. :)I agree. Not sure what makes it an RPG rather than just a metroidvania, but the video looks good to me.

Quoting: benjamimgoisI advocate for some years that a rolling kernel is better model for desktop usage, speacially if you are into gaming.Unless you are old and have better things to do with your time than fight with a broken desktop. I applaud all you folks who push the envelope, but I have hundreds of unplayed games that really don't require an up-to-date kernel.

I enjoyed Teslagrad and World to the West, but I don't think this game style is for me.
I hope the dev does well, though.

Hmm.
Anecdotal, but my current game of Doom 2016 just got less stable after they updated. The main game still plays OK but it hung during the update, then reset my graphics settings. After playing it crashed on exit.
Sometimes the achievement popups don't disappear, but that affected other versions of Proton, too.
While I am grumbling, does anyone else get the Steam Big Picture "bong" when pressing the face buttons on the Steam Controller, even in-game? (sometimes)

Linux gaming is more successful than I could have ever imagined. While there are lot of individuals that made a huge difference (indie developers, porters, etc.) I think Valve has made the single biggest impact over the last 10 years.
I sure hope they continue!
