This looks surprisingly good. I have a weakness for metroidvania games, though.

This looks like such a sweet little game. Cheeseness, do you think you will release on Steam some day?

Yup, that is me. It is great that you find the fresh packages stable. However, having run various versions of KDE for 18 years I will let others be in the front-line these days ;-)

As much as I love plasma, I don't have the space to run beta software any more. Lots of respect to the bug-testers, though!

It is amazing to me how much the KDE project has accomplished without being backed by companies like Red Hat or Canonical.

That does look good. FYI, the main image is a deceptively mundane puzzle. For anyone wondering, the steam intro trailer gives a better feel for the game.

I tried the Demo and have some mixed feelings.

The visual style and world-building are excellent. It has a very cohesive feel to it.

However, the combat felt floaty and imprecise. It may just be me, but I have been playing many kinds of games for decades.

I don't mind high difficulty, but that relies on the game feeling like my deaths are my fault, not the game design's fault. Perhaps this aspect is still being adjusted, so I look forward to the finished product.

I like low-poly games when done well. But, yeah, maybe they should have left the faces blank like in AER.

Haha. Nice stealth shout-out to SweetHome3D. That program is an amazing example of Java portability done right (surprising us all).

I keep feeling like I should be using a proper CAD program, but SweetHome is just so damn versatile if you are designing a house...

Inspired by the likes of Hollow Knight, Dead Cells and Castlevania
Good inspirations. Graphic style looks good. Let's hope they can create a solid game out of it.

It is worth going to the Steam page - there is quite a list of Linux games.

That flying game Fugl is also in the list. I might pick it up even though it breaks my "no early-access" rule.

(Oh, and anyone who likes Metroidvania games should buy Sundered.)
