The first Runner game is available for Linux on Humble Bundle store. It is also available on Steam but is just an empty folder for years.
I'm thinking that if they want to gauge Linux interest they could just browse those several Linux topics asking for help since 2013.

Quoting: RTherenLook at the bright side, watching Jim playing those games is extremely entertaining :)Quoting: razing32Good point.Few? Check Jim Sterling on youtube. You you are in for a shock
If they at least test if the game works that would be good.
But i recall a few shovelware/asset-flip titles that wouldn't even run.

Quoting: liamdaweThis is a good opportunity for fresh additional data in the GOL statistics. I'll be curious to see the next month trends.Quoting: dubigrasuOK, what the fuck is going on here? Cos' sorry, but this "new user" invasion thing smell fishy...Nothing fishy about it, it attracted attention since the official GOG & Ubuntu accounts on various social networks posted about this.
Naturally plenty of new people came along for it. Some may not come back, others may have been lurking for months/years and decided to sign up now - nothing wrong in either case. All users should be treated with respect, new and old.
Competition was open to all :)
All keys have been sent, thanks everyone!

Quoting: DoctorJunglistUsually Unreal 4 games dump their logs in your .config folder, in your case that would be something like:Quoting: ShmerlYes, there's Steam output mixed there, because Ruiner.sh starts Steam, and after that - the game.Quoting: DoctorJunglistI'm using Nvidia, here's the terminal output [External Link] when I run Ruiner.sh directly (I have to do it with having Steam closed, because otherwise the output gets terminated once the game is launched). It still has a lot of Seam related output there somehow including something about Steam overlay (try disabling that). Try to get the output from the actual game.
As I said, if I launch it with Steam already running, the terminal output gets terminated once the game launches.
