Tim Sweeney moans his tits off about Microsoft and Windows app store etc, but has been and still is damned slow to recognize that Linux is an alternative.

Rather pleased I stopped supporting them years ago. When they stopped caring about DRM that was one notch on the hatchet. The next notch was bugger all Linux games in bundles. The final notch on the hatchet was when I realised just how little many very very good developers were getting from them.
I buy from GOG only now. Well, mostly. I'll buy from Steam if that's my only option, but that's not very frequent. Itch.io leaves a bad taste in my mouth with the unrestricted variety of ways people package stuff.

Looks intense!
But mouse aiming in top-down and side-scrollers annoys the hell out of me. Give me the use of a d-pad style any day.

What evil overlord made those poor saps get in front of the camera and talk? One bloke looked beyond awkward, the other looked beyond tired, like he'd been up for a week ironing out bugs.
The latest Steam Hardware Survey shows Linux market-share has declined again

Eh... What a crock. They need to provide hard stats for actual concurrent users at peak and off peak, not the survey.
I hardly ever use Steam anymore, GOG is where I spend my $$ these days.

Quoting: GuestTBH I never understood why people make such a noise about 32bit libs. Why don't you just install them? I selected '32bit libs' on system install and have never been bothered by any 32bit game not running due to missing (standard) libs.Because it's: clutter, unnecessary, obsolete, some distros don't support 32bit, not all 32bit libs are available for 64bit, and it's just plain bloody annoying.
Yes, it uses some space. Much less than any medium sized game though. So what?

I'd be quite happy just cruising in this game to take my mind off stuff. Looks relaxing.
