Quoting: rea98714" and Nvidia GPU, nope... IF only it has AMD GPU and 15"...That's right! AMD or nothing nowadays! Nvidia driver updates seldom break the system. Why can't they just open these bloody drivers up and let the community make em gold for Linux?
Nevertheless: Nouveau is now getting somewhere

I hope this project won't end up being a show of shit, and then if media link Linux' name to it. Would be not-so-good now that Linux gaming is getting more hold on people.

Quoting: gradyvuckovicThe analogy I'd use is ... imagine that Linux gaming is like a 100m diameter ball of lead, on a flat plateau of land on top of a hill.I dig this analogy alot!

Quoting: DMGI watched github page and not really sure, how simple that too is for regular user. Does it sets best settings for every game by default or it just gives option to set everything on my own? Because from screenshot of settings it looks so complicated :unsure:One of the biggest challenges for seasoned Linux users is to place oneself in the shoes of a new comer that's also a Windows refugee. What is "simple, handy and easy" (*just a few commands on the terminal*) for us, might be a set of total deal breakers for a "normo" to start with
