The other day on Twitter someone asked them about Proton on the Epic store, they said they couldn't because of the tech they used. But then went on to say they were hiring Linux people... I guess that doesn't necessarily mean they will be working on a client but its something.

I was one of those, who screamed a bit before Christmas that Linux version will come delayed. I have to admit I was venting some of the frustration about the game not being available during the end year's vacation period.

Although I still have a bit of a bad taste for the Linux version being delayed, I have to agree with you now that waiting might have been beneficial for this one...
