They should do a level that involves a monster truck rally in a massive stadium.

Survival game Rust adds female player models, assigns gender to Steam accounts at random

Quoting: GNUzeldoes anyone else have a problem running Rust on Linux? Runs terribly for me.

As for me and my Rust experiences, I went through a lot of different updates and changes to my character. I was originally a black male. Now, like others said, it would be cool if my character was a reflection of me, but it was fine. I didn't mind. Since this new update, I'm now a white male, so I'm happy it reflects me, but I wouldn't have minded being a female. I think it's silly to get mad over. I believe the developers said in the past that Rust is a social experiment. (I may be wrong.)

I love Rust, and it's one of my favorite games. Unfortunately I have to play it on Windows because Linux is absolutely unplayable for me, but it offers a good glance into human nature when you put people into a realistic anarchy. Would be cool to have customization in Rust, and things like hair and tattoos would be cool, but until they do something like that, I don't mind new changes, as long as they keep updating the game.
I was never able to get it working on Debian, but it works great on SteamOS.

I would have never guessed that we'd be talking about Theme Hospital 20 years later. My biggest memories are of the bodily fluids all over the floors of my little hospital.

Quoting: JeddunkIsn't race/skin color also randomly assigned to Steam IDs? I don't play the game, but I think I read something like that last year.
Yes, and they labeled dissenters as racists.

If you plan on buying this game, be aware that it is under development and has been for years. It is also completely dominated by hackers/cheaters. Yes, it can be frustrating to be changed from male to female or be changed from black to white; however, those are just minor issues compared to dealing with cheaters/hackers.

I've been playing Rust for a couple of years now, and I have endured all kinds of Garry's torments. I mean, race and sex are just the tip of the iceberg with this game. The game is beautiful and slick, but it's lacking in so many areas. It's still under development, but progress is extremely slow, and even though there are diagrams online showing a development path forward, they have not stuck to the plan entirely. I'm dying to see this game mature into something playable.

EVERSPACE, a fantastic looking 3D space shooter with roguelike elements coming to Linux

I almost wet my pants in the excitement while reading this on the Everspace website:

"There are fantastic and vast space sims out there featuring super realistic space physics and billions of stars to travel to. But we believe that combining easy-to-pick-up gameplay with AAA-quality graphics and sound with a captivating, non-linear story is something that many of you have still been waiting for. "

That's what I've been craving for years now!
