Thinking about the trailer, I have to say I'm not happy they gave everyone the unexpected simulation of being a peeping Tom to watch a naked lady having a bath, trying to create what privacy she can, without knowing you're watching and zooming in on specific areas of the body. And who is this woman? Someone about to be sacrificed. So, it's fine; she's about to die. She won't care. Her loved ones won't care either. Right? Why is that scene the first thing they show about the new game? Female objectification leads to a society where both men and women reject each other.

This would be cool to have in the garage with a plastic cover on the KB so I can look things up while I've got oil and grease and soot on my hands.

Oh, the days where parents have been trained to send a Twitter DM to their child to ask for a phone call instead of simply calling. Ha.
I'd be migrating my platform services to a different provider who has a better reputation of being human. The current provider is now a risk to availability.

Quoting: herrorangeIf I add `SteamDeck=1`, it does not allow me to crank all setting to the max, complaining I don't have enough VRAM, that's with RX 7900XTX. I don't play online, so ultimately it does not matter, but still. You can just ignore this.

I'm starting to get a tad tempted to sell my PS5 and get a Steam Deck. But I'd have to invent an excuse for mobile gaming, like start LAN gaming with a friend or two again.

Quoting: raggytherecondShame this doesn't list fixing lockups. For the past decade across multiple Linux computers, usually when downloading something more than 10GB, Steam on Linux for me has locked up the entire computer intermittently even on i9s with great SSDs and 64GB RAM. Not a showstopper, just pause downloads between locks and only resume when you no longer need the computer... but it trumps Chrome with bad resource management and impact when it comes to downloading despite how many controls there are to try to get Steam to have a non-impactful footprintCheck if your DNS server is blocking requests due to rate-limiting. One of my games creates a glitch when it updates, and I had to enable a DNS cache on the desktop computer as a workaround.

I also saw this coming based on the ending I got in the Witcher 3. Nothing wrong with that though.
Expectations will be pretty high because I know they can be achieved. I have read four of the Witcher books, and the games are more consistently good than the books themselves to be honest. Out of the four I read, one was great, one was really good, and the other two were not bad but passable. I am not strongly inclined to continue the written series.
