Maybe a stupid question, but how about Steam deck ?
Is this out of the question ? Or should be up to the task ?
EDIT : Pretty dumb actually* Judging by quake 2 rtx performance, this should'nt run well on deck.

Interesting, both technically and on the fact it can end up bringing more games compatible with wine!
But this also brought a new question : As a consumer will I support company choosing such drm technology ? (at the end of the day, we vote with our wallets)
