I'm really interested in some offers from my wish list but not sure if I should wait for Winter sales instead, I think they're usually better...

I was actually thinking those were tax-free -Blender Foundation is a non-profit, so thought it might have certain benefits when it comes to pay employees- or after taxes already. However, 2.5K is a good salary, but still well below the average for developers (At least in the UK).

Quoting: Guest116 k€ a month is not that much. It really depends on where the programmers are living.A €5K/month salary is a lot of money in any European country. In some more than others, but still a lot of money. Hell, I would say that it would be a lot of money even for any country.

I read this which i do not understand very well.
25K Euro/month: 5 full-time developers.
50K Euro/month: 10 full-time developers.
100K Euro/month: 20 full-time developers.

Quoting: KimyrielleIt was an exaggeration to express that money does matter where it comes from :)Quoting: ArehandoroI dislike Facebook with passion too, but throwing them in the same pot with the above is a little extreme.Quoting: KimyrielleI guess money from slavery or child abuse doesn't matter where it comes from... ;)Quoting: dpanterBlender good.Money is money, though. I have been very unlucky with my PostmarketOS CE Edition. By unlucky I mean; phone won't boot/start from first week, got some component after much battle with Pine to fix it, the component doesn't fix the issue, and probably now repeat the back and forth emails to see if we find the solution.
At this rate, I guess Librem 5, already started shipping, will arrive before I fix the Pinephone hahaha.

As mentioned, throw an 8GB version with m.2 SSD and I will buy it without thinking about it twice. The design is beautiful and this would be a really nice setup for so many things.
