Google's game streaming service Stadia arrives in more countries

Quoting: seamooseIn case you're curious about Stadia, here's a great deal on Borderlands 3:

https://old.reddit.com/r/GameDeals/comments/k8mynz/stadia_borderlands_3_ultimate_edition_1099_89/ [External Link]

By signing up for the Stadia Pro trial I was able to get BL3 Ultimate for ~$1 to keep.

I was also part of the Stadia beta ("Project S" at the tiem) so I know it works great for me (other than gobbling up my limited bandwidth) but YMMV.
That is a great deal! I've trying out Destiny 2 the last week or so and I've been quite impressed. Not impressed enough to start using Stadia regularly though. But spending $1 on Borderlands 3 was too good to pass up, so I bought it. Thanks for bringing that up!

Abstractanks is a fast-paced RTS with only one unit type out now on Steam

I was confused about the "one unit" part and it got me curious. I had to watch the video to realize it was one unit type

Really looking forward to this one. I had a blast with the demo.

Quoting: hercThe few hours I've managed to squeeze in have been put into the demo of Project: Gorgon (Steam) [External Link]. It's an MMORPG that doesn't hold your hand and you need to pay attention when it comes to questing. I love it so far and I will probably buy it within the next week.

The reason I found out about it is because someone mentioned they put over 1500 hours into it last time you did one of these "What have you been playing".
Welcome and now it more than 1700h at my side :P

Yes, I still playing it and still can recommended it to all 'old shool MMO' fans

It was you! Now I know who to ask all the stupid questions xD

Quoting: scaineJoined the team - great idea, Liam!

I wish there was an actual client/shortcut as part of this build though. I had to visit the Arch WIKI to realise that you have to visit http://localhost:7396/ [External Link] to see your progress and turn Folding on/off.
There should be one, it’s called FAHControl but I don’t remember the steps involved in installing it. Should be explained somewhere on their website :)
I downloaded the client only, which has no interface. I've now downloaded control and viewer, both of which are fat-clients. Strange approach, but it's all working now, although FAHcontrol doesn't recognise my GPU (Nvidia GTX 1080, running 440 driver). I'm looking into it now, appears I'm not the only one to have this issue.
That's my issue too. Solved the opencl stuff in the log file and it seems to see my gpu, but it won't add a gpu slot:

Might need to create a support forum for F@H. :)
Try adding this in your /etc/fahclient/config.xml
<slot id='1' type='GPU'/>

Quoting: Liam Dawe
Quoting: 14The 245680 team must be freshly out of the oven because I don't see any stats populated at extremeoverclocking [External Link] yet.
Really, they need to clean up the Team system. I can see no reason for it not to show up. It's listed on my PC for my own folding quite clearly and using the ID I can go back and edit the Team details but it doesn't currently show in public lists.
The stats lists seem to be a bit delayed. My stats was last updated 2020-03-19 22:11:19.

Great idea this though Liam! I've been folding for the Arch Linux team, but changed to GOL now =)

I don't think it's in $PATH. You'll have to run /opt/fah/FAHClient --configure

Quoting: hercI just bought the game and kept failing the first real mission. Took me a few tries to complete it but when I did I was like, "YES!" Usually when I play these sorts of games I fail and quit almost right away, so I'd say that is a sign of a well made game!
Can I quote you on this on twitter? <3!
