Eight pointed stars were used fairly heavily in ancient Christianity. The represented baptism and also were a symbol used by the Knights Templar.

In certain orientations, eight pointed stars could also represent either Satan or the Egyptian goddess Isis. Hopefully this helps someone smarter and more informed than me figure it out.

The most obvious thing to spring to mind is Starforge (Star from the picture, Forge from the description) but considering that game is old, everyone hated it, and I think it's even free now, I doubt that's what they are teasing.

Awesome. Looking forward to buying this on release. I wanted to back it on Kickstarter, but since Linux releases so frequently get shelved indefinitely, I never back video games anymore.

Undertale. I am enjoying the cutesy story and the cheesy humor but I hate bullet hell games so the 'combat' is a chore.

I missed Neverwinter Nights the first time around. But as a huge fan of both old school isometric CRPGs and 3rd edition D&D, this is a must buy.

Signed up. Activated my Civ VI key on Steam. Cancelled my subscription. Whole process took 5 minutes tops and I even got a discount since it was my first time subscribing. Hells yeah.

I would love to try a Battle Royale game. Hopefully one with mutable chat so I don't have to deal with the sorts of people that infest multiplayer games. I was about to pull the trigger and buy The Culling when it's reviews started falling fast.
