The curious tale of vanishing Linux & SteamOS ports, a status on a few of them

I asked about Linux under official YouTube video of SPAZ2 few days ago. They confirmed but said something like: "when the PC version calmes down a little". I happily educated them about what PC means but they removed my comment like I was rude or something... not that I wasn't, it freaking annoys me when PR people misuse technical terms.

Sorry for kind of unrelated question but version 15.0 on my machine doesn't show "Game" in list of possible sources - do I have to install some library or plug-in? I used "Window" and it worked with XCOM: Enemy Unknown but didn't with e.g. Limbo...

Key reselling store G2A to make some small steps towards helping developers
30 Jun 2016 at 12:53 am UTC

I don't get it.

Assume I'm a developer. I sold a bunch of keys. I got my money. Now the distributor says: "listen, we have to take some of that money back, the following transactions were fraudulent: x, y, z."

What's the problem here? If I was a developer I'd lock cd-keys that were sold in those transactions, G2A malicious sellers would get a negative feedback and nobody would buy from them again. That's it. There's nothing more to it and I know it for a fact.

So... what gives?
