Quoting: Joeg1484Oh man, I JUST bought this for Proton because I didnt know when it was going to be released :-/... I hope I can still play it on Linux or if I have to re purchase it... Bummer... I guess I need more patience :-D
You're fine, buying on Steam 99% of the time gives you access to all platforms (1-2 games being the exception).
Does playing via PROTON in the 1st couple of weeks count as a linux sale to the producer?

for newcomers its is good, the reduced heropool and reduced shop makes it a lot easier to pick ... until you grasp.

Coupled with the reporting changed from the last major update (live report for in-game griefing, a separate report post-game for chat abuse) should make this easier

That wizard is annoying as hell, if you didn't turn it off and do not need it

come join the dark side :)

on an aside, the hero is nippy but feels too close with windwalker. The shard thing is great! permits upgrading your abilities providing more variety and combinations... I am almost back at square one in knowing what heroes do now

WoopWoop!

really good to see this continue. Last week my BlackWidow v3 pro arrived (lovely kb allowing me to easily switch between win and linux). Its a bit to new for support but hopefully soon.

I have a soft-spot for Razer since for a very long time they were the only ones to do high-end ambidextrous mice and so far the only ones todo high-end left-handed ergonomic mice.

I also picked up their plushy :)

This is a really fun mode so anyone wanting to break I to dota2, this is a good thing to try as it only last 10min.

Just remember to put the candy in the pot or feed rosh

its a constant learning because new strat's come out. Then when a strat appears to be broken there is a balance patch that does reset how people play.

my advice if you want to play is pick to some simple heroes and stick to some common strats

Very nice!!!
The battlepass has been a great area to test some things out so the fact some of this is now available to the wider community is great.

Exposing shards are probably in response to the declining playerbase (slow consistent ebb)
