Nice. The biggest problem with The Dark Mod always was performance. We'll see, I remember it like the kind of engine that no matter what you do, never feels smooth.

I bought it and after 6 hours I just can't justify the praise it's getting. I actually regret not asking for the refund while I could.
It does nothing new: the wold is pretty empty and bland, lots of grinding with extremely boring mechanics, combat is nothing special...
Building editor is decent, tho.

My thoughts as well. The touchpad can be nice for a casual game, but trying to move or turn with it quickly and accurately in an intense boss fight (say for example Dark Souls 3, or Hellpoint) is impossible.
I've finished DS3 recently using the Steam Controller. Practice makes perfect.

Ok, if you played videogames at that time and missed this one, I strongly recommend you to give it a try. It was very hard, both the combat and the puzzles, but extremely rewarding, and it was quite unconventional in its mechanics.

I remember trying to play this game as a child but it was just too much for me and I did't even understand english at that time. I'll take a look, I'm curious about it.
