Certain distributions also have a mangohud package in their repositories, but they're not always up to date. And the install method is different for each individual distribution. The above method covers all.

I just hope for Steam Deck 2 they cut it down to at max 2 models. 512GB and 1TB would be fine.Being able to get the 64 GB variant for cheaps and a separate storage card was a deciding factor for my household getting a Steam Deck.
