Good discovery event that keeps you in the steam ecosystem although it has been almost exhausting checking out 20+ demos every fest...

Only found this by filtering "Linux" on the next fest page, glad that I filtered games by that!

The original PC version with the Chimera (adds Fov options and interpolates animations for higher framerates) and Halo CE Refined (Makes levels close to 1:1 to xbox) mods was a pretty good way for me to play the original a few months ago, this is probably the hardest one for 343 to remaster and make better than what you can already get.

tf2 has bad performance in general regardless of platform, its needed an optimization update for years

update is pretty meh, there's nothing real substantial, just halloween maps and a head-scratching competitive matchmaking map change, additionally the halloween contracts still aren't working after 3 days :\

What have you been playing recently, and what do you think?

Finally finished playing through Saints Row 2 recently after starting it months ago, although its a pretty crappy port (and I mean the original Windows port and not the linux wrapper) I found it more fun than SR4, put way more hours into it.

Now I've started Grow Home, curious if it will have any re-playability after beating it.
Also been playing TF2 as its been my regular game for the last few years, hope halloween update is good and brings optimization.

Small update to the PC info system today, you can now get a 'forum signature image'

Skimmed the thread, surprised no one has suggested the ability to freely edit what of our specs shows up in this image. For example, also have the image show our number of monitors, or display Ram in a line instead of Graphics card.
