For me, Stoneshard, Prodeus, Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider are my preferences from the list above. Noting that Serious Sam 4 (not mentioned above) is another that I am eagerly anticipating.

It certainly looks like an appealing game to me. I'm not so fussed about the character creation options myself. Perfectly happy to play a female in Tomb Raider or a male in Serious Sam. And it seems reasonable for the specific human character to be used in this game because humans are lower down on the hierarchical tree in this world, i.e. It is needed for richness of the game story.
While not on Linux officially, Far Cry New Dawn seems to work amazingly well on Linux

Not that I'm especially keen to do this, but I'm interested in the specific steps needed to run an Ubisoft title, including the Ubisoft launcher from Steam Play/Proton without resorting to Lutris. This type of thing (running non-Steam titles on Proton) has been mentioned before on GOL, so if someone is able to point me in the right direction. Or if someone wants to share (non-Lutris) steps here, it would be very appreciated.

Quoting: PhlebiacWell, after making this Forum Post I began using that trading site and found it to be very transparent (It links to your Steam profile and shows all your transactions for reference). You can observe the various trades I've made so far.Quoting: g000hAnd I've been bartering away my unneeded game keys (second copy, usually). That has been going very well so far. What's a good way to do that? steamtrades.com, or something else?

And I've been bartering away my unneeded game keys (second copy, usually). That has been going very well so far. Not a bad way to get rid of a Windows game you receive in a Bundle and swap it for a title you do want.

Quoting: PatolaAnd Underworld Ascendant [External Link] now is Linux native and is 80% off, that's an incredible deal. The game has very good performance, about 130 fps on my 1070 on high. For those who don't know, it's the spiritual successor to Ultima Underworld, and its current mixed ratings is because it had a rough launch, but it is much better now, definitely worth buying!Just bought Underworld Ascendant myself. Hopefully a bit more cash injection and even more improvements may come through.

Woah. This is great news. I was sufficiently keen on this game that I picked it up (during a sale) to play via Proton. Played 28 hours so far and it has been behaving itself very well on Proton (but I did find I needed to Alt-Tab out and back in again, due to a loading screen glitch).
Finding it very immersive and replayable, and recommending it for anyone who likes this genre of game (rogue-like, permadeath, exploration, testing out unknown loot, different play-styles with different character classes, etc).
I definitely have no regrets buying it, and having a Linux native beta build - well, very happy about that.

Saddened by this, similar to how I was saddened by Ian Murdock's death back in 2015.

Shame I missed this as I paused the Humble Monthly (for September). :(

I've been playing this with gzdoom and working fine. Needed to put the official DOOM2.WAD into the same folder as the D4V files in order to play. Noting that the D4V mod works with original DOOM2 maps, but also with the included KSSHT, SCYTHE, BACULUS map packs. So far, I've tried out some of original, KSSHT and SCYTHE maps.
I have also been playing the Chronodis map wad downloaded here:
https://www.doomworld.com/forum/topic/108737-d4v-single-map-chrono-displacement-labs/ [External Link]
And that is also working great (fantastic map designed for D4V) with gzdoom.

I'm a bit irritated by last month's subscription bundle. Already owned Slay The Spire, one of the early reveals, so I decided to pause the month. Then the after-purchase titles include State of Mind and Distance, both which I wanted. The rest of the late reveals were okay as well (could have Proton'ed them). Humble Monthly Subscription is frikkin' annoying for Linux players. (At least Windows players know that all the titles will run on Windows.)
