Quoting: lodIf you go to a Linux forum and ask for help fixing your WiFi driver, everyone will ignore you. If, instead you say "Linux sucks, you can't even get a fuckin Wifi driver working!" thousands of people will solve the problem for you.I should try this. I have a laptop with Linux Mint, and every new kernel branch breaks its Broadcom BCM43142 Wi-Fi. It takes months to get fixes, and I still have to use kernel 4.13. I tried to boot Mint 19 beta, it has kernel 4.15 and doesn't allow to select another one via mintUpdate. Switching drivers doesn't help. Linux sucks.

Quoting: KimyrielleBeing my brutally honest self...thanks, but we don't need yet another garage game on Linux. We got a few thousand of these. What's Turok anyway? What we need at this point are AAA titles. Stuff that makes people go "Wow, you Penguin people can play THAT???" Icculus is a human porting machine who can get anything ported you throw at him. His talents are completely wasted porting B list games. Again, what's Turok? Somebody go convince Bethesda or a company like it to let him have a go at their back catalog. Please?I read somewhere that after spending a year on Rocket League port he decided to handle only small games. It's too time-consuming for a one man team to port a modern AAA game.

Quoting: MarkyIt seems odd that both the painting and the poem come from people with such similar names:Martin is one of the main characters in Call of Duty 1. I don't know his name but probably it's John because most characters in action games are Johns. And the CoD games have hellish quality now, so BlOps 4 for Linux confirmed.
John Martin
John Milton
Could there be a video game character with a similar name?

Quoting: g000hAlthough it does fit in quite well with the clues, Bandai Namco have practically zero Linux presence in their game catalogue (The only one I am aware of is Chroma Squad).PAC-MAN 256 and DeadCore has Linux versions too. Anyway, everything happens for the first time someday. I remember how surprised I was when a Square Enix game got ported a Linux (Tomb Raider, two years ago).

Quoting: BeamboomIt's almost guaranteed not to be Agony [External Link]. Why? Cause it is SLAYED by the reviews. Feral has, as far as I can recall, never ported a game with really bad reviews apart from the first F1 title (F1 2015).What if they started working on this port long ago and couldn't have known the game is going to be bad?
