Have you considered doing an interview with GoL someday? I have no idea if Liam or the staff would be interested in it at all, but I'd be interested in hearing what challenges/etc. there are.

I could talk about the basics of Payday 2 modding, but I don't forsee me talking about lua code at length, largely because A: I'm not that much of a coder, and B: It was a really, REALLY easy fix.

Well that's not a very good news for Linux gamers. I've played Hitman since the Linux release and only had a chance to do three elusive targets (four with the current one), missing the previous 20. :-(

If my theory is correct, then Season 2 might be coming to Linux on Day 1. The way Hitman: No subtitle is designed is like a portal, with new stuff coming every now and again for ALL platforms. I would expect Season 2 to follow that logic, otherwise, you're leaving the Linux folks out in the cold.

I'm probably gonna make a Video voicing my opinion on this particular subject in the near-future. Porting houses definitely deserve revenue, but beating the convenience of Steamplay to get that revenue by creating 2 game entries is basically the only way around the "guaranteed revenue" minefield.

I put a gas canister near the door of the house on the inside, waited for him to go Downstairs (not up, that part's important!), then shot it from the adjacent server room with a silenced pistol as soon as he goes next to it.

Elusive Targets are Generally once a month for ~7-10 days. They are frustrating, but damn fun.

Let’s face it, you don’t buy a game for a PlayStation 4 and demand an Xbox One version as well, do you? No, you don’t.

They are 2 different pieces of hardware that act as one platform, yes, but they run on 2 different pieces of hardware. Steam itself IS the platform, and the hardware element often doesn't need to be changed.

Likely in March, early summer, if I were to guess.

I've said this in other places, but there's a 99% chance Season 2 will be day one for Linux, given the Way Hitman is designed to be an all-encompassing, always online game thingy.

You may wanna send Ubuntu users to the compile page instead, or a version of OBS 17+, which doesn;t have the X11 RAM memory flooding error.
