I've read through the comments and haven't seen an actual answer to this:

If I want my purchase to be counted as a Linux purchase on Steam, do I have to wait for it to be officially available for Linux? I will buy this game, but I want my purchase counted and noted as a Linux purchase. Looking for concrete info, not "Don't worry about it" or "Just buy it and install, it runs."

I picked up Salt & Sanctuary and Hollow Knight, among others. Really getting into metroidvania, about 15 years late.

S&S is the best game I've played on Linux. It might be the best game I've played, period. And I didn't care for Dark Souls.

I'm satisfied. Completely understandable and nice of them to be so forthcoming. I'd rather have them handle it this way than provide bad support. Linux gamers should pay more attention to news like this anyhow, and not just buy without doing a bit of research. We're getting close to that, especially with Vulkan, but we gotta beware for a a little while longer.

I love the black and white. Since I discovered Redshift a few months ago, I can't stop staring at the white on my screen, as I find the color temperature of 3100k to be very pleasing to my eyes. Gonna get this just to gaze at.
