Well that's disappointing. I assumed the news was going to be that the game is actually finished. Hopefully they do eventually, as Kentucky Route Zero finally did.

Liam, as a Humble Partner how does this affect you? I saw no mention of the impact on partners in their blog post. While I rarely gave anyone zero, I always rewarded GoL and Linux devs more. Looks like this will no longer be possible.

Quoting: tuubiI think the game only activates on the account you link. No, they give you the key directly and a convenient 'Redeem' button that just links to the Steam register key page.

Wait, what? That Phoenix Point that dropped Linux because it "requires a large amount of specialised graphics programming" is now coming to Stadia? I'm guessing they still won't release for Linux. This makes me even more salty!

Quite remarkable really. My Microsoft stance has definitely been softening recently - but I must remain vigilant - it's probably all a ruse. This is the 'Embrace' stage right?

I love that Valve is doing this stuff, but it bothers me that I don't know their motivation!

You can give them away at SteamGifts.com
You can sell them in the GroupBuys Steam group.
Bear in mind, Humble has been clamping down on this behaviour (but mostly serial traders), so safest to give keys (non-traceable) rather than Humble giftlinks.

Quoting: marcin1509What to do with games I have in my library? Can I sell it to anybody or gave it away? I don't need them, but maybe somebody who wants to buy them will be happy to have that in their library...You can give them away on the forums here (it's been done by others), but don't just dump the keys as bots will probably get them.

I love posts like this! I've never heard of this tool, or the original. I'm completely hopeless in games that force WASD (I've never understood why that combination is so popular).

Happy to wait for a better quality game. I think a lot of games enter EA too early then struggle to recover from the negative reviews.
