Sounds interesting.
Hope it isn't built with permadeath , or they at least make it optional.

Really makes me wish there is crossplay to come as I am sick of having to fiddle with wine to play with my friends.
I did see that board game , not sure if they will carry over all the mechanics or just the aesthetics.

Quoting: cRaZy-bisCuiTThe game looks like they got inspired by the board game Scythe! [0] I really do love the setting of Scythe, allthough I'm not sure what they did make out of it. In the board game you can't easyly win just be fightin, you have to take care of your reputation, which I like! Here it seems to be diffeerent. If it will be a good game and on Linux, I'll buy it!That trailer reminds me of company of heroes to be honest.

Also team politics might come into play but again all I am doing is speculating.

Quoting: OrkultusThis is what i dont understand about game development companies. This one dude, made this..which is still a work in progress mind you, but it is playable, and so far a little enjoyable. He made a Linux version. Now the larger development teams that use Unity, and argue about not having enough funding to port to Linux doesn't make sense. My guess is the bigger the game the harder to port.
