Ib was kinda ok.

I kind of lament this does not have multi as I would love to play with friends.
Maybe a sequel could have it ?
Would be nice :)

FPS game Alien Arena: Warriors Of Mars, a revamp of Alien Arena is now out on Steam

Sadly , this makes me think a lot of these open source enthusiast projects come nowhere close to the commercial industry.
While free and open source you get a lot of players , especially in the Linux gaming dark ages when ported games were few and far between.
Put such a game in a modern commercial setting and it seems to be decimated at the gate.

Let's also never forget Steam for Linux bug #3671.
Moved ~/.local/share/steam. Ran steam. It deleted everything on system owned by user. #3671
That's not a bug , that's an atom bomb.

Linux marketshare on Steam dropped again in October, as China takes a massive chunk of the market

Honestly , I don't care for stats anymore. I realize we are a small group and I realize that M$ maintains their monopoly by tolerating pirates and pushing aggressively at corporate.
Curios if their updates-as-a-service backfires and how long till users in other regions of the globe discover Linux.
In any case , I found freedom to do as I want with my OS. I am staying for good. Games or no (despite we have a lot already and wine can always add more)

Splody is a Bomberman-like game with Linux support that's actually pretty good
1 Nov 2017 at 6:22 pm UTC

Game brings back nostalgia from playing Atomic Bomberman in computer class.

Probably a great game for kids, parties and for annoying your significant other with your super skills.
*cough* Sin is the better one at gaming of you two :P

Also different, is that it's not as punishing either, you're not constantly being chased and it gives you quite a lot more freedom in what you actually do.
That just might be enough for me :)

edit : Screw it , I took a chance and backed them. Let's see what comes :)
