Curios how they marry story and perma-death.
I don't mind replaying from scratch if there is good lore and you write your own story.
But to keep reaplying the first part of the story many times until you progress sounds a bit frustrating IMHO

I mean, look at Mojang. Microsoft acquired them back in 2014 and has anything actually changed—no.Isn't there a new edition called Bedrock that's Windows only ?

Quoting: bekoAh yeah.. the classics :) I still remember my first encounter in Fallout. Some rat? Took some shots at it, missed every time and got eventually killed by a critical bite while running out of ammo. The dices were against me ??Did you pout all your points into Intelligence and Charisma ? :P

I recall a lot of people complaining about the editor when this was released.
Sadly no updates on that front.

Quoting: MohandevirI thought Bloodborne was exclusive to the Playstation.Quoting: DrMcCoyDon't know if that could be the link...Quoting: liamdaweNow that's a find!Am I missing something? That's just Paradise Lost, we knew that already.
I still don't see the connection from Paradise Lost to Dark Souls.

Bloodborne is a "spiritual brother" to Dark Souls, from what I hear. In fact it seems it's in the same universe, but I never played. It's just comments I heard from players I know.
Edit: Found many other sources that makes the connection between Dark Souls, Bloodborne and Paradise Lost. "Dark Souls is a metaphor of life. Like a video game version of Paradise Lost." Along those lines...

Thanks for all your work Liam.
I initially planned to use Linux just as a host for a Windows VM (via PCI pasthrough) but after finding your site I more or less gave up on the idea as I realized plenty of good games exist on Linux.
