Quoting: DMGYeah, game completely broken for me since some last patches. Thanks Feral, thanks. With such support, there is no other option, then play games with proton...
File a bug report? Much more useful than crying here.
I did trough their official e-mail. But support was pretty much useless. Just asked did I try to reinstall the game. When that did not help, said, that Linux Mint is not supported and I must install any of supported OS (maybe they mean windows?). Spent countless hours in game before, and all was fine. Now only option is play it with proton.
Another idea then, post in our tech support forum with your logs so others can have a look.
Right now I'm installed Steam Play version already, but thanks. Will try, if will have any issue in future.

I played more than 200 hours. Start from scratch 3 times and still not sure do I like it or no. Each time, I reach state, when I do not have to worry about money, I feel, that there is nothing more to do. I won't even count countless bugs, I encountered. I posted large list of them to their forum, but do not believe, that it will help somehow. Game have really good potential, but at same time it feels so unfinished. And they already thinking about new DLC, when even current not really working. All story missions are just a joke with no real price for doing them. Yes, they bring new fractions to the game, but at same time more and more bugs, that just ruin the game.

Quoting: DMGDid they finally fixed AI or it still as bad as it was in beginning and question "what else can we do" was more about "how else we can milk money from those players, without fixing the game"?
The AI will always be bad because of how complex the game is.
I don't think I can agree with that. There is no reason why the diplomacy AI needs to behave like a drunkard, yet it has been doing that since Civ 1. Being best buddies in round N, then declaring war out of thin air in round N+1? Give me a break, that's not a game being too complex, that's just a badly written AI.

If you want an example of games WAY more complex than Civ 6, and still have an AI that doesn't do overly stupid things every other minute, just go look at any of Paradox's grand strategy titles.

About the packs. I dunno. I feel that Civ 6 already has plenty of Civilizations to pick from. The additional ones won't add a lot to the game. This is indeed more about milking every last possible drop before announcing Civ 7.
Completely agree with that. I could understand, if AI won't be as good, as human sometimes. But right now AI still acts so stupid, that there are just no excuses, why that could not be fixed. They just chasing for money, instead of making better current game. And same problem with all good games. For example, ARK, X4. All just chasing for more and more DLC to get more money, when games have so many bugs and problems from the first release.

What have you been playing recently and what do you think about it?

I was playing Endless Space 2 via proton. Game is very interesting, if you like space strategy games. Only thing, that I do not like there, is music and civilization count.

BATTLETECH considered complete with one last patch coming, Harebrained moving on

I was disappointed in this game. It looks nice, but everything is so complicated. After few battles I felt boring already. It missing some better explanation and feeling of progression. But in current state of game, when I start I do not even know, where should I grow and why. What mechs should I buy and what parts should I change. Everything is so unclear, that it's become boring. But that's just my opinion.
