All this Corona noise got me back into EVE Online [External Link], while the Linux client was deprecated a long time ago, and the Linux launcher script hasn't been updated in years, there are a few Lutris scripts, and the DXVK + esync option works great.

Some early thoughts on Helium Rain, the single-player space simulation

Quoting: rustybroomhandleReminder that X: Rebirth is not the terrible game it was at launch any more. Something to consider if you need an immediate space fix.
But it is also nowhere near as good as X3 series are.
I am looking forward to X4 though.

Devs are also actively engaged with the players when it comes to issues and suggestions.

I had two things stopping me from enjoying it: No UI scaling at 4k and no Dual joystick support(game treated both as the same joystick)

Both issues were fixed in a couple of days after reporting them.

One more thing to note is the publicly visible Bug Tracker and Roadmap.

I'm very pleased with how this Early Access title is handled.

Quoting: razing32Nice to hear.
But considering how much time it took for just Morrowind not sure if I would get my hopes up for other Bethesda titles.
Oblivion runs more or less on the same engine, with a bunch of strap-ons.
They wouldn't be starting from scratch.

This thing looks very shady.
Like their campaign video uses material from EVE Online "This is EVE" trailer.

Steam Direct, the self-publishing system on Steam will cost developers $100, Curators getting an update too

All this is fine and nice, but ffs, can we finally get 4k support, I mean it's not that hard.

The 'Razer DeathAdder Chroma' is quite possibly the nicest mouse I've ever owned

You did some research before your purchase, right?
I'm looking for a new Linux "gaming" mouse, because my Saitek/Mad Catz R.A.T. 7 is falling apart.
Can you suggest any other brands and mice that work well with Linux and/or have Linux support?

Project Cars 2 now has a trailer, with no mention of their promised Linux/SteamOS support

Guess it means Grand Turismo 4 is still the best sim-like racing game that you can run on Linux.
