Quoting: ThormackJust wish they use some English names for the towns.
Can't even pronounce the Russian ones.
great and good thing to open to other cultures, other sounds, other states of minds and modes of reflection. Welcome to the real world, which is far not only English speaking even if economy, sciences, teaching, etc. are pushing hard for every people on earth speak it (who said linguistic -and-by-the-way cultural- colonization?).

Just discovered Stellaris with my son of 13. Amazing game! (even if it's true price with dlc on big sales results in a normal price of a normal game i.e. ~50 € :O )

On sale on fanatical with the 8% more with LUNAR8

Canonical have released some statistics from the Ubuntu installer survey

I really feel that your discussion about cpu / cores is quite interesting (you missed to talk about threads .. --> i'm already out ;) )... even if it's just a matter of definition that can be clearly stated by ubuntu somewhere.... anyway.

But the true question is Statistics should be presented using RAW DATA (absolute frequency rather than relative: number of computers rather than percentage!!)

How many survey they received? If it's 12 or 2 000 or 200 000, that's not the same picture!

Quoting: gojulSkyrim is perfectly playable on Proton but with crackling sound. Also you need to terminate it with kill -9 as normal quit results in a zombie process.

Got the underwater bug. Applying the workaround did the trick (there's a mandatory episode underwater with the thief guild mission). Did not remark the shader bug.

Did not try the SE.
we can't accept that games "works" with bugs, workaround, fixes, etc...
How to attract new users and players on linux if they have to code, tricks etc. just to play a very common and old games as Skyrim?? My son of 13 want to play Skyrim SE, subnautica, etc. I have to spend hours to find that or this trick so he can play them. It's not an acceptable situation.

I hope we, as a community, would be more require about our OS and its ability to manage gaming. Stop telling that "it works well...hummm...with that fix, that tricks, without going underwater, accepting that shaders are off, ...".

Long life to proton, ethan, feral, etc...

I didn't understand: the "fire and steel" on the radar was this title?

What the chance Feral would be in charge to port other WBgames like Shadow of War? I enjoy shadow of mordor and MadMax

Hypothesis1: Seabirds on the picture have not to be interpreted as seagulls but albatros, the sea sheperd is one of the numerous surname of albatros. Aurora is the name of a ship used in Mass Effect.

Hypothesis2: A Flock of Seagulls Aurora Borealis is a group of space new age music. Some game in space

--> from those two hypotheses, I would bet on SUBNAUTICA ! The spaceship name is Aurora. I ENJOY is it was such a native port! Best game from the last year for sure !

Hypothesis3: the HMS Seagull is a Danish brig-sloop allied to France during Napoleonic wars that captured, among others, the HMS Aurora from the British and received money from France for that capture. So Pirates, Napoleonic wars, North seas ... ?
