What type of 4x is it? Low pace and long to progress (like in endless legend or Civ:beyond Earth...too slow and long for me)? Is it the kind of gameplay where you spend your time adjusting small and insignificant parameters to win or more big view?

One of the character class should be stalker as in the so-impressive novel from Arkady and Boris Strugatsky (if you don't know what to read, try it)
I hope they will hit the second goal to get the crafting system ^^

About Linux games being delayed: A chat with several game developers and porters

The trouble with the market-share on linux is a round-robin process due in part for the fact that game-sellers don't distinguish between linux and windows. The round-robin problem relies on the fact that there is few games on linux (port or directly dev) because people are on windows. But most people are on windows because games are developed for.
for example, I (and many of people around me) would only play on linux OS (Lubuntu or Mint-cinnamon in my family+friends:~20 computers) ... But I (we) have to boot on windows to play some games because we are passionate gamers. I mean that if linux and windows were separated in the game market, I would have to choose an OS for buying my games. And I (and we) would buy games for linux.
But the resellers force me to buy them on windows because Gog and Steam provide them with no distinction to both OS. Pavlov training makes me booting on windows if I want to play (and Office as Libreoffice is still not fully functional for my usage), boot on linux for video watching, internet, mailing, code, markdown and latex.
For me, linux would increase quickly if 1-we have to buy game for one OS becasue we would choose linux OS if available and it will be market-shared, 2-Office softwares on linux would be as functional as Office (ie graph and formula on calc not good enough, writer compatibility with *.docx coming from mac and windows).

For me, it's Shadow warrior (2 I hope!): Wade Ferris + green tea logo + Shadow warrior team announced that some company will port their game sooner.
For me, a really good news, not bought yet, and I was waiting for the Linux release as they tease for months. If it is Feral that do the port, YUMMY!
If total war shogun, ... well, not smart as we have enough total war stuff on linux to have fun ^^

Quoting: liamdawethrough steam? Ok, thanks Liam ^^Quoting: Geppeto35About Serious sam, why steam doesn't mention it works for linux? Does it ?As mentioned in other posts, they give you access to Fusion. Fusion is the only engine that supports Linux for the First and Second Encounter games.

I fucking-enjoy it on a mystery-non-linux OS using GOG Galaxy!
I both hope that Everspace (and Galaxy) will come to gnu/linux to avoid me too many of this bullshit dualboot.
With coop possibilities, Everspace would be so fun and a milestone for future space video games!

Don't know why, I never succeeded to enjoy the first 30 min while I love and enjoy multiple times BG and Fallout 1&2... I know lot of people love this game. Did I miss something? The remaining of the game is identical to those 30 min?
I own the game on gog and may give a try to this enhanced edition.
