Quoting: CyrilSpeaking of that, do you prefer Ryujinx over Yuzu? If yes, why? :)
Well currently no, yuzu is just far ahead in terms of game compatibility and performance especially since their Vulkan update. However Ryujinx is just as open source and Linux friendly and some games just run better on Ryujinx and I think it has great potential.
But both are open source and free software (GPL2 and MIT) which is good for me, so that's why I asked because I didn't try yet those emulators.
It's pretty amusing because for Wii U emulators it seems a bit more complicated, Cemu is proprietary and Windows only, and Decaf is open source (GPL3) and Linux friendly but in early state...
Have you some games in mind that runs better on one or another? And is that drastically better?
Anyway, thanks for your answer!

On their Github page they say:
SDL/SDL2 builds work on both Windows and Linux, but have some mouse-related issues in the UI. The Linux GLX build has slight sound issues with the ALSA backend.
But that's a great news! Waiting for official release, but I'm tempted to buy it and build Linux version from the source.

Quoting: CyrilActually I'm a bit surprised to see a lot of people here using GNOME 3.
May I ask why?
I just find it horrible, I much prefer XFCE. I don't really understand why thought, but that's fine there's a ton of DE, if someone likes it stick with it. When I have to help someone with Gnome 3 on his computer, just to not be able to create a proper shortcut/launcher blow my mind every time.
I find it so blurry, and I hate the kind of tablet's interface, with XFCE I have all functions I need/want right here.
In fact each time I see it, or try it I hate it. Maybe I fucking biased.

But maybe you could explain why you like Gnome 3 to have a better comprehension of your point of view.
And sorry to not be able to really explain why I hate it.

Quoting: commodore256Democracy sucks, you're at the mercy of the 51%.[...]
I repeat it's not a democracy, for fuck's sake please stop calling these governments the same name when they have nothing in common. In a democracy you vote for the laws directly, you and evrybody DO the politics, you don't vote for someone to do politics for you.
There are multiple types of democracy, direct and indirect. In an indirect democracy you absolutely vote for a representative who will theoretically press for your interests. A direct democracy is the rule of the mob, where 51% can drag the other 49% wherever they want, but due to simple corruption an indirect democracy can do the much worse with a smaller percentage required.
No. A direct democracy is a democracy, an indirect democracy is not a democracy it's an intellectual rip off.
The kind of indirect democracy in the world today are mostly republic with some aspects here and there from democracy, that's all. It's just a lie that goes on and on...

But this is off topic I won't continue.
