Now that wine is getting ready to play even demanding AAA Windows games with acceptable FPS thanks to DXVK, for example, I am considering using a Windows Steam client under Wine.

Unfortunately I will then be counted as a Windows user and not as a Linux user in a hardware survey.

Too bad. :(

Again just another "Total War..." game. It will certainly be well ported. But I would have liked a game with a fresher game mechanics. The FI game selection is a bit "Total War"-heavy:

That's a pretty outdated statement though, nearly a year old and neither have replied to us about their plans so I wouldn't give it any hype yet.

I think something's coming. This is only one, but in terms of time it is the last statement. There are more statements in the Steam forums that there will be a Linux version.

Three male programmers were in the bathroom standing at the urinals.The first programmer finishes, walks over to the sink to wash his hands.He then proceeds to dry his hands very carefully. I've decided not to buy any new games until I've played through titles like Hitman or Tomb Raider.

Right now, I'm on Hitman. So if I have time this weekend, it's for Hitman.

I had tried several games from my library. I've had this effect in all the games except Mini Metro. It was absolutely unplayable.

use lutris run the script problems are over bf 1 is not a problem nor is mass effect 3 etc

When you talk about Battlefield 1 and say it's no problem, do you mean the singleplayer or the multiplayer?
