Seconded. I gave up on Ubuntu though. I'm currently using Gnome with the Unite extension on Arch, a combination I've come to refer to as "Baby's First Chainsaw".
..."Baby's First Chainsaw".

Apropos.

Quoting: WorMzyLooks similar to early Spore, we'll see how dumbed down it gets over time, but wishlish'd for now.

So I was willing to give it a run, just to see the difference, and "Cannot install from unsigned repo".

That was encouraging.

:/ Mine crashes after the splash screens. I think it's time to get a new gaming laptop.

Yes, this sounds like a really cool idea, and I would love to know the prices for the parts. Of course, I don't ask for a complete list, but simply, are the prices going to be comparable to standard computer (laptop) hardware?

I'm eager to know more, especially if these will be able to take a Linux build. It's been so long, I wouldn't know what to do with Windows.

Manjaro Linux 20.2 'Nibia' is out now

I love Manjaro (I use the KDe spin), but I still don't understand the Hybrid video driver thing. I have an Nvidia 960M, but I get none of the features, now. For the record, a lot of the hi-res video games run like crap, if they run at all.

Does anyone know how to safely change this to the proper drivers? Last time I tried, I ended up with a black screen. I don't want to switch to another distro, because I am getting better response from Manjaro with my music recording, than I have with other distros.

I gathered D20 5e is supported, based on what was in the video. I may have missed it, but is 3.5e supported, by chance?

Just bought PopUp Dungeon (yes, it works with Proton) and will be getting this one, soon. These games have a great tabletop feel. I would love to see some games like this using D20 rules sets.
