Why does everyone choose to show Turtle Arena... :P

At any rate, this is good news, especially for people who still regularly play Quake III like myself.

Is this Steam only? Because I recall seeing my brother playing with the original on Windows and that one did not require Steam. :S:

GOL Asks Again: What Have You Been Playing Recently?

Quoting: seamooseThey're even better when people write mini-reviews (one or two lines at most) about their impressions instead of just listing the games they play.
Well, I suppose we all must apologize for being so lazy about it then... :P

Bad jokes aside, I did at least give you "despondent" about AMFP. ;)

Honestly, I have not been gaming recently. Too much to do.

I do still have a game of Duke Nukem 3D going using the gog.com release that I go back to on roughly weekly intervals though, and I am slowly and rather despondently making my way through A Machine for Pigs.

None of these are new releases, but then, I almost never play a game when it has just come out, even for Linux.

GOL World Tour: Gaming From Argentina

Quoting: fleskSweden might be a good choice too, with games like SteamWorld Dig, The Journey Down, Goat Simulator, Amnesia, Hotline Miami and more.
Or Finland, with games like Rochard, Legend of Grimrock, and Trine.

There is also Alternative Games in Finland which deserves an honourable mention for actually porting Klei Entertainment's games, among others.

Actually, that whole general region is just plain awesome. :)

This is a great idea for an article. Nice work Segata Sanshiro. :)

If you get around to doing Canada might I suggest featuring Gaslamp Games, Klei Entertainment, and the developer of Salvation Prophecy.

The Scandinavian countries might be a better place for your next virtual stop though. ;)

Quoting: fleskI'm not a native English speaker but I'll try to contribute an article every now and then if it can be of any help.
Improving English is something I can do, tracking down news is something I personally can not promise to be able to do - so even if you are not entirely confident in your writing just giving us a framework for an article can still be a huge help.

We should also give Samsai credit for taking the reigns as it were to get this process started. I have already stated to the other Editors that I will try my best to check over the submitted articles more often and might try to write some more to, but I am not in a position to offer any hard guarantees of further output.

And of course, I will wish my best wishes to Liam here again as well.
