The itch.io app can now use a system installed Wine on Linux for Windows-only games

Good news from itch but I usually only use steam, just too little time and too many games :(

Quoting: NanobangBefore SteamPlay I used to download Windows games from itch.io directly from the site (not using the client) and try to get them running with Wine, with mixed results. No problems for me with arch install of wine and proton existing peacefully.
I stopped, though, when SteamPlay came along. I was immediately concerned about Wine and SteamPlay's Proton confusing each other. So now I'll do what I could have done back then: asked if anyone's had a problem with installing system-wide Wine on a system using SteamPlay (not stand-alone Proton).

I have paused for 5 months, finally a good bundle for me. Supraland is coming out with a big DLC soon and I have been looking forward to playing the main game. Plus Overload looks really different and I might have to bust out my joystick to play it.
Linux version of Blasphemous still coming, due to arrive with the first DLC

Awesome! Tried to run it in proton with little success, after installing extra bits needed for the cut scenes it still froze and died..
Hoping they do keep their promise and we see a multi OS release.

Humble Monthly will be changing to Humble Choice later this year

This is bs pricing, humble monthly has always been too much to justify a random choice of games (for linux users esp). I like the new choice but theses plans all suck, I was hoping for a basic $5 plan; choose 3 games to keep, no discount, no trove, limited beta.
$5-10 dollars is the usual mid tier cost in a bundle and gets you 4-5 game to keep so this pricing seems unjustifiable.
I'll be sticking to bundles for now.
