GOG staff state that Galaxy for Linux is being worked on, but still no ETA

Quoting: GuestI doubt I'll be using Galaxy once it comes for Linux...
Still good if it arrives, for those who think they die without it
I surely won't be using any closed client. When community will make an open one, or GOG will open source it, I could use it.

The wish for a linux-client is one of the most voted wishes, but there is happening ... nothing!
These are a more important entries IMHO:

Feral Interactive have released a new teaser for a Linux & Mac port to come

Quoting: PixelPiI can't see what this have to do with our riddle.
At least it's a direct association. And assumption that Cha supposed to have more importance than other associations is just an assumption, so you can't say it has something more to do with the riddle than the rest.

I don't see any indication that Feral can't be ones who made SW2 for Linux. The only counter argument could be if you know that FWH have Linux developers in-house. Which by now isn't known as I said before.

Anyway, I'd welcome a first game from Feral on GOG. So far there are none.

Quoting: 0aTTThere is no strong connection to "MADE TO WADE" or to 茶 - chá.
There is a connection with SW. There is some book character called Wade (and books are accidentally called Shadow Warrior). Make a quick search "Wade Shadow Warrior", and the phrase "made to" reminds me of something mentioned in SW1 in one of the fortune cookies, I need to look it up. Also, the symbol looks like one of the monsters with a helmet in the second game. At least I got such association right away. Overall, on associative scale, I'd vote for SW2.

Quoting: Teal1500A lot of people think its shadow warrior 2.
I really hope it is. How long does it usually take for Feral to move the game from "soon" to "very soon" and etc.?
I don't understand why people think so. It makes absolute no sense, because it is nearly impossible that Feral would port this game. This developer and publisher already ported the first part to Linux. How likely is it that Feral now makes the port for the second part? Very unlikely.
How do you know if it's likely or not? Flying Wild Hog used external developers to port Shadow Warrior (Aaron Melcher and initially Edward Rudd). Then supposedly Leszek Godlewski who used to port various games was working for them, but then he announced that he isn't working on Linux games anymore. We have no direct information that FWH have any Linux developers in-house (unless you've seen otherwise?). So why can't they hire Feral to do it?

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice is using Unreal Engine 4. And developers are very elusive and didn't reply to any questions about Linux plans.

Quoting: Doc AngeloI wonder how many Linux gamers won't buy games with DRM?
This would be a nice bit to have on the GoL survey :)
I agree. Attitude to DRM is a good point to include in the survey.

Quoting: Doc AngeloI wonder how many Linux gamers won't buy games with DRM?/
I expect percentage to be higher than among Windows users. People who reject DRM can use Linux itself for similar reasons.

Quoting: Doc AngeloNitpicking: Even those who would never buy a game with DRM can still buy games on Steam.
I don't, and many of those who avoid DRM also don't. Since buying on Steam proliferates DRM based approach.
