I enjoyed Isaac a lot.

Maybe this would be another game of the style.

I wonder if this functions too with X-COM 2 Terror from the deep.

Mojang's Card Battle Game Scrolls Has New Hope For Linux

The other day I purchased "Cards City Nights" in a sale on Humble Store.

Looks a bit naive because the graphics and the characters (Ittle Dew).

But the card game itself is addictive.

As for this "Scrolls", I'll stay tuned for more news.

Well.

I didn't expect CDPR to release this game on Linux.

So, even if it is not native, I thank them.

It's comprehensive that they didn't release a full port of an old game given the resources they have , the titanic task that reprogram a legacy hard tailored D3D application is and the lack of time they have now with The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2070.

But ... it would be not so good if they repeat this with W3 and CP 2070.

No. If they really want to support Linux, the best thing they should do is make a native RED Engine 3 port to OpenGL / Linux, even if it mean a release delay.

DRM Boosts Profits & It's Here To Stay

Quoting: HamishIt is important to remember that Steam itself is not DRM and a lot of the features people like from it do not necessarily need to tie the game itself to Steam. Steamworks is the component which ties a game to Steam, not the Steam client software itself, and even most of Steamworks could be kept separate from the binary in a perfect world.
That is in theory. But in practice, if publishers have the possibility to tie with Steam's DRM (I think it's called G.E.M.), they'll tie. Mostly AAA+ games/game publishers.

Except for some honorable ones that break the rule.

I know that many people like Steam, but I would be happy if publishers didn't have that "possibility" (meaning G.E.M.).

DRM Boosts Profits & It's Here To Stay

I have 0 tolerance to DRM.

Even the gamers so beloved Steam.

The unique DRM I stand is Direct Render Manager.

As for my personal platforms preference :

1 - Humble Store / Bundle / Weekly <-- I only buy DRM-Free bundles / games

2 - Desura <-- This has DRM-Free Linux games too

3 - GoG.com <-- For DRM-Free Windows games, and future Linux ones

4 - Groupees. <-- Sporadically they have some interesting bundles of the style

Did Anyone Else Notice What System The Lead Star Citizen Developer Is Using In Their PAX Video?
15 Apr 2014 at 1:09 pm UTC

No surprise they are using Ubuntu since it is what Steam supports and is generally developers go-to Linux distribution.
I don't know why they were using Ubuntu.

But I don't think it is for what you said.

Remember that Valve took Debian as the base of Steam Os. Not Ubuntu.

The Chaos Engine Arcade Game Now On Desura

It is now on Desura from those of you not wanting to buy from Steam.
Ha ha! You know me well.

Thanks for the advice.

Has anyone noticed that in this bundle there's a game redeemable in GoG.com?

If I'm not worng, Defender's Quest is the first game that HumbleBundle make redeemable via GoG.com (for the moment Windows-only).
