This looks like quite a nice project.
And it's pretty much needed as SteamOS developement seems stuck, and that system can be painful to debug (or even use) sometimes. How come I haven't heard of this before? :D

Looking at those statistics is very interesting.
Altrough I'm pretty sure it's not only interesting at the end of the year :P
We should set up realtime statistics se we can see how everything is going at a given time... maybe we could analyze how some relates events or news influences the numbers ^^
If there is an easy way to request those numbers programatically (using some sort of Steam API and ProtonDB API which I'm pretty sure they exists) then setting up a simple dashboard could be done in no time.

I may be looking into this after my exams :D

You mean we can play it again. Mincraft classic was aviliable for free for in your browser for a long time. It was taken down when Microsoft redesigned their webpage.
I've remember playing it back then (and I think I have a video of it somewhere).

I hope that they finally removing the "game must run on windows" rule. And we can see some linux exclusives on Steam.
