Nice! I already own this one and it would be nice to able to play it on Linux. I also bought CiM 1 during the Steam holiday sales for 5 € after hearing a rumor on Reddit about it getting released soon. And well it´s in my Linux library, but it´s still missing executable. Looks promising though that I´d be able to play it within a near future.

I´m still a bit skeptical to the Steam controller, but I´ll probably buy one at release anyway. In worst case scenario I´ll continue to use my Xbox360 controller, which I don´t have anything against, except it´s made by Microsoft.

Quoting: Quote from DisharmonicSo far my opinion is that it's potentially the best version of the series yet. You can get it a lot cheaper from etailers or competing online stores(GMG etc.)than on steam btw. This is a Steamworks title so all versions include steam keys.True. I bought my copy retail for about 35 euros, I could have saved additionally 5 euros if I would have chosen code by email, but I wanted a case with Tux on it in my bookshelf.
I agree. The game is really difficult, and there´s no options about changing it either. I like simulators, but I regret buying it. Been playing for 22 hours, during that time I´ve ended two seasons, which I ended in the bottom both times.Quoting: Quote from philip550cI wouldn't even know how to play this, I dont like sports, especially not football/soccer.I wouldn't recommend it. This is a hardcore simulation and you have to be familiar with a lot of terminology and rules.
Any non-sports people out there play this and find it fun?

Well since I´ve bought a new laptop and a new gaming rig this year, mainly because of Steam for Linux, I probably won´t buy a Steam box for a year or two. But it´s definitly interesting.
