Wow, they have colours in space now!? ;) Looks great and quite competently done! Great art design as well, not too stylised, but still slightly removed from our current aesthetics.

Linux overall market-share percentage falls on Steam in October

Quoting: CybolicWouldn't a more accurate headline be something along the lines of "Percentage of Linux respondents drops on Steam survey in October"? I mean, the Steam Hardware Survey has very little to do with actual market-share percentage and it's certainly not the point of the survey.
You did just describe what market share is ;)
Well, I'll have to disagree. Market share is the percentage of income earned by a company, in this case from Linux users, and that's not what the Steam Hardware Survey gathers information on. If the article was reporting on a report from Valve showing that there was a drop in Linux game sales, or similar, then the headline would be accurate, as it is, the survey just shows a drop in number of Linux users subjected to or answering the survey, which may or may not be related to actual market share.

This Halloween, become a psycho in 'Slayaway Camp', a comically gory puzzler with day-1 Linux support

I've been beta testing the Linux version and apart from being a fantastic port with zero issues (for me at least), the game itself is also great fun and highly addictive. Definitely a must-buy this Halloween!

Man, really like your stuff, gonna listen to it throughout today. I can totally imagine the top-most track, Reappear, playing during the closing credits of this game ^_^
Cool! Thanks a lot :D I hope you like the rest as well - it does a bit of genre-hopping ;)

Oh yes, this does look promising! Interestingly, "Tether" is also related to Linux in that the STS-75 NASA space shuttle mission [External Link]'s purpose was to carry the Tethered Satellite System into orbit and the STS-75 was the first NASA mission program to run on the Linux kernel ;)

The Roccat Nyth mouse will get you halfway there! It has 12 modular side buttons and roughly 3 extra on the top, all configurable through the fantastic Linux driver, which is an open source project by Stefan Achatz officially supported and assisted by Roccat. I highly recommend it!

Quoting: manero666It would be great if Steam could give us the ability to launch wine games through the Linux Client, without switching between clients every time.
IIRC, there was some discussion about making a library that would allow windows games to communicate with native steam, but I don't know its status, nor do I remember its name.
I remember that, but it was by definition against Steams policy, so I never tried it. Unfortunately, such support would have to come from Valve.
