I usually avoid their mystery bundles but I take the risk when there is a prize draw. Surprisingly 4 of the 5 I pulled are games I've never heard of but would have for sure gone on my wishlist.

Playtron give a bit more detail on the Linux-based PlaytronOS and their plans

Playtron is an optimized Linux-based gaming OS that allows you to play all of your favorite Epic Games Store, Good Old Games, Steam games, and more.
Weird to see them reference "Good Old Games". They haven't been called that for *checks watch* 12 years.

Return to Monkey Island is out now, Linux version due soon

I bought it, installed it and started playing it without checking or even thinking about if it would run on Linux. That's how seamless things have gotten. It didn't even occur to me I might not be able to play it. I didn't just buy it, I preordered it! I'm surprised at myself.

Nice to see Luxtorpeda and its dev fork in there. Lots of native executables have been added recently like the new UT99 version and they also have a menu that pops up to choose engines for things like Doom.

You can now roll with a gamepad in Dicey Dungeons

I really like the gamepad support. However now I can't get caught out by the Mimic! Usually you click on where you want to go and automatically fight or collect from a chest. On gamepad you move and have to press A first to activate so I can see a chest is actually a mimic before I commit.

Quoting: GuestWow, I wonder how this makes OpenRA devs feel? Years of reverse engineering this shit and now it's just out there, open sourced...
OpenRA was built from the ground up rather than reverse engineered. Their versions of the games are made for fun multiplayer first rather than a recreation of the originals.

This release will help those who are making other OpenRA mods that are aiming for authenticity or projects like Chronoshift. [External Link]

The upscaling works surprisingly well on these graphics. Wouldn't mind seeing it on a Wolf3D port (not sure which is the best these days)

The Steam Link Android app is now out, works quite well so far

I had a little play. Only controller I have is a 360 compatible wireless with a dongle so I tried it on my tablet over OTG. Big picture works fine with the controller but a couple of games I tried didn't work. I guess because I usually connect the controller to the game direct rather than through Steam.

I fired up FTL as I always wanted it on my tablet. Pinch to zoom works for the fiddly buttons but I had to double tap to select sometimes and couldn't work out how to right click.

Quoting: torhamI'm confused, I have owned this for a long time on Humble Bundle, but no updates since 2015. Is there actually an update?
The Steam version is updated but not on Humble. I expect the Steam release will always take precedence as it is the biggest market.

I have the Android version on my Humble account and that hasn't been updated either (although that seems to be for technical reasons)
