Happy Birthday GOL!!! I can remember discovering GOL shortly after starting my Linux Journey 8 years ago and it's been my homepage ever since.

I don't agree with this. After all, not buying the game at all is better for Epic Store than buying the game on Steam.

Our boycott should be against the Epic Store, not against Epic Games as whole. Because that way, it sends much clearer message, that you really have no interest in using that product of theirs.
I can agree with this, I should of communicated my point better. My point is essentially the same as yours BOYCOTT - I don't care where it's at!

The funny thing is....WE the gamers, not specifically GamingoNlinUx gamers 'WE' gamers collectively could rectify this type of bllsht by not supporting the game when it moves to epic's store nor buying any of epic's games. I suspect many windows users already have epic's client install and won't bat an eye at this type of behaviour, nor care. UGH, we'll just continue to get bent!

Quoting: rustybroomhandleWarframe has a bug for me where the audio will get all garbled after an hour or so, like it's suddenly under water. Hopefully this will fix that too. It's a minor annoyance as it's easy to make go away, but still would be nice to have fixed.
WAIT! Are you able to run Warframe with Proton?

What are you playing this weekend and what do you think about it?

I plan on playing Dead Cells-now that I have found a workaround for the steam controller and Insurgency.

RUINER officially released for Linux on Steam, coming to GOG soon

Quoting: CorbenVery very cool game! This is the next gorgeous looking UE4 game after Everspace :)

Who is playing Ruiner with a Steam controller? I have issues getting the right pad to feel good. Mouse region isn't working (at least for me), as the mouse cursor is then in either left top or bottom right corner, and the character isn't turning around at all.

Using Joystick move or Mouse move kinda works, but depending on where I start the movement on the pad, without lifting my thumb it might turn out I can't turn in one direction, which is pretty unfortunate in certain situations. I guess Mouse region would be the best way if it would work.

It works perfect with an XBox 360 controller (or keyboard/mouse), but I'd like to use the Steam controller instead. Any ideas?
I am using the Steam controller, and was having the same issue. I changed the right pad to mouse like - joystick and adjusted the rotation on the right pad (roughly to 140 degrees), it seems to be working a little better.

I have tried all the suggestion in this thread, none of them worked for me. What worked was open a terminal and type: steam steam://install/439890 [External Link] . Hope that helps.
