Quoting: orochi_kyoYou arent some sort of "freedom fighters" as you see yourself, but just a vocal minority of people looking just for their own good...

The world is facing something really big right now, your priorities is to have a copy of a game in your hard disk.
Ironic, considering us Linux users are all about freedom.

It is more important than ever that we resist vendor lock-in and DRM, and fight the good fight in favor of consumer rights, pandemic or no.

Is this game coming to DRM-free stores like GOG?

I'm tempted to pick this up.

Linux Mint doing a small-form-factor MintBox 3, they don't sound too happy about Snaps

Quoting: TheSHEEEPSnap only works on Ubuntu?
Didn't even know that... rather weird and seems strangely against the concept.
That is definitely not the case, though snaps work best on Ubuntu. I can use them just fine on Debian, and there are instructions to use them on other distros. For example, Linux Mint.

Touching on topics like being locked into a single store
Snaps are usable without the Canonical snapcraft.io storefront, I thought. Or is that a Flatpak only thing? Because I remember Alan Pope making a big deal about it.
