I've played the full content last year(s) and plenty of player-made maps too, and it's really awesome.

Happy to see it fully released, time to fire the engine again.

Monster taming RPG 'Siralim 3' now has a Linux version on Steam

I played several dozen hours on Siralim 2, and a little less so far on Siralim 3.

Glad it has a proper native Linux now (it was announced a while back).

Quoting: melkemindWell, if we're talking about Steam Play, you can't leave out Shaolin vs Wutang. :D

It's not running on my PC, neither WINE nor Proton manage to handle it, not to mention the controller support, often bad via WINE, better via Proton.

The settings is amusing, however the gameplay will do it all.

Fighting game 'Fantasy Strike' is now out on Linux, needs a quick fix

I really can't bear the controls and the "simplification". I love the characters, the vibrant graphisms and animations, but it doesn't play well, at least, to my taste.

I'm no expert at all, and my favorite is/was Mortal Kombat 3 on Sega Genesis / Megadrive, so it's somehow "old"...

I played MK9 when i was still dual booting, and i finished the campaign and play some arcades, but then i went to full Linux and said goodbye to these games all together.

Skull Girls was nice but too hard for my level.

Maybe one day i'll find another fighting games that fits my taste, but it's not going to Fantasy Strike, it seems.

Ganbare! Super Strikers, a mix between Football and a Tactical RPG now has a Linux build on Steam

It's a nice game, i played it several months ago, and again now it's released and with Linux.

Matches can be quite long actually, and players have so nice and fun options to play with (like raising a wall, sending a tornado...) but it's still "tactical football" more than "fantasy mess", so i'm fine.

There is only one story driven campaign or arcade mode to play with, so sadly no open campaign like Blood Bowl.

Also, you cannot customize your team. Yet. The dev said it should be with the next update because it's a commonly requested feature.

All together, a very nice turn based tactical game, even for those like me not usually fan of sport and football/soccer games.

The game is fine, but quite shallow.

I played TH on Sega Genesis/Megadrive back in time, and nostalgia plays a part, but i'm also a "veteran" player, so i can see what the game is for itsefl too.

It's all about managing space to build rooms, and deal with the poorly designed queues (some maps, you need like 6 generalists all with 10+ patients waiting...), and recruiting the best people and form them.

There are almost no interaction between rooms, so dealing with disease X or Y or Z is just the same, only with a different (fun) animation.

So, the game is enjoyable, yes, and i do like it, somehow. It's simple, simplistic even, but be warned about the lack of depth for pretty much anything.

Combat is about to get a lot more interesting in Hand of Fate 2

I didn't like Hand of Fate 1, only because of the combat phases.
I wanted to like Hand of Fate 2, but again i didn't like the combats.

Quoting: Nanobang"Action RPG" Sounds great! "Rogue-like" Uhhh ... "Card Game" Ah, yes. That's why I gave this a pass.

Really fun to see it's my opinion, but reversed ! I love ARPG like Sacred, Torchlight, Grim Dawn etc, but only not the ones in Hand of Fate, as they are not "ARPG" enough.

Rogue Like + Card games, lovely !

Language learning game Lingotopia is out, some thoughts

I tried it while in Alpha, i wanted to like it, but it's really not "fun" at all. Worst, it's even less affective than reading a dictionary with pictures, these books for kids. You just walk and click on things, with poor design, terrible camera and control, and empty passion.
