Amazing concept, but not sure it's fun to play. Very curious to see how it evolves.

I played some in alpha, and i managed to play until level 6 today after a 30 minutes queue (this weekend was like 1hour+ and crash...).
It's very Alpha, the skill trees are really lacking fun and are not complete, balance is an issue, quests are worthless (gain 20 XP after killing 10 mobs that give each more than the quest).
But...
It has something, some charisma, and if the devs manage to do a good Early Access, it will probably be a very nice MMMOG.
Also, beside the cute kidish feel, it's actually quite hardcore with full PvP passed the first villages, loot lost, some XP and some money drop on death.

I think i've read the buying plaeteforme doesn't matter much, it's more about where you play that actually count.
About the game, it's quit awesome, and i'm following it since several years already, playing some from time to time, but waiting for release to "really play". Also, the dev seems to be a nice guy.

I was certain you talked about the game already, but it seems not.
It's a great game, quite unique, and the dev is nice too (and french). It needs some time to learn, but then you can do a lot with the bots, and watching clever gamers "dance" will make you think you are really stupid !

I played it several months ago, and relaunch it from time to time to check the last updates.
Sadly, i still agree with your article.

Yep, 7 or 8 missions with very little incentive in replayability, and very linear progression, make the game enjoyable, but with a taste of unachievement, in my opinion. It's just a small scope game, and i should accept that.
The good point is that it's Action Points based, not the way-too-limited-to-my-taste 1 move, 1 action, but the action you can perform are quite limited actually, but also quite original for a tactical turn based (hiding in cupboard, spawning minions from the biomass gained by eating corpses...)
The fun and humour all around the game is nice if you are into mocking human behavior.
I didn't finish it yet, but i would say it's a decent game, and the devs should be encouraged to do more, next time.
