Actually i have a problem to install the game.
Steam opens the usual window, "Creating local game cashe file", then... then... then... It crashes so far 3 times, and even Steam crashed in the process once.
I tried from my PlayOnLinux Steam for Windows installation, and i don't have troubles.
Linux Mint 17.3 XFCE 64bits
If i try from a Terminal, i get this :

Hello,
I don't get something. How can i switch to Linux Beta, if i first cannot download the game because it's Windows only ? I need to buy the game for Windows, then switch to Beta ? But then, it counts as a Windows purchase, right ?

I play SKullgirls from time to time, but it's too "busy" on screen. It's a solid game i think, but not so much my taste.
I'd prefer to see a Mortal Kombat-like title coming to Linux. I played a lot of MK1 to MK3 on my Sega Genesis / Megadrive 16bits back in time.

It's made by a small french team, and they are very active on a famous french forum, Canard PC.

Their animations are awesome, and they have a nice magic system on the way : you can select different effects for example to get a bouncing fireball, a huge slow moving fire wall, a quick release of many small balls, etc.
At first the world seems small but it's actually larger than a planet in Starbound or a large Terraria world.
It's still unfisnished of course, but it has great chance of becoming great, and it's already fun.

I don't care about the old Titan Quest.

I tried it, didn't pass the first level, but it was quite nice.
""- Classic turn-based gameplay with lots of strategic depth""
I didn't see any strategic depth, onyl very simple basic rogue-like behavior : walk into enemy to hit it with melee weapon. I'm curious to see what is it about.

Dex was quite disappointing in my opinion. Nice ambiance, but poor gameplay overall.
