OBS Studio 29.0.1 rolls out with many bug fixes

Something is broken, not sure what, since last big update on Manjaro about 10 days ago, i cannot use OBS (not starting at all), and a few other things too, like VLC. Very annoying, i "need" OBS several times per week. I switched from VLC to MPV and it’s working fine, but it’s not a true solution.
It seems i’m not the only one : https://forum.manjaro.org/t/obs-studio-not-working-after-last-update/132445/1 [External Link]
Nothing i’ve read or done so far have fixed anything.

I played a lot of the very first Trackmania, before it was a success, with PowerUp it was a real blast. Then i played almost all Trackmania games, but i could never find the same... spirit ? It went from fun and ideas, to competition and rewards. Sunrise was great too actually.
Dwarf Fortress too retro? Songs of Syx is worth looking at with another big Beta update

I love Songs of Syx, really nice colony sim with very large scale.
If you want the z-levels aspect of Dwarf Fortress, have a look at Odd Realm. A bit short on pure content and world cohesion, but still really neat game to build "towers" and "caves", and it’s growing well with an active and open dev.

I have an eye on this one since... years ? Not sure.
If it’s not completely broken because of its ambition, it could be crazily great.

The Steam Deck really doesn't need exclusives

I hate exclusive, no matter the reason why.
And at the same time, i use Steam a lot, so in a sense, many of my games are Steam’s exclusive ? But, they are not, as many devs can also sell the same game at the same date, in other shops like itchio, Humble, or directly to their website.
A real exclusive, that, i hate.

I’m not a tech guy, really just a "basic+" user. I’m on Linux just as i was on Windows before. I click it works, i do very small tuning here and there, and basically that’s it.
I used to be on Ubuntu, but for the last 5 years or so, i’m on Manjaro, and i find it very enough for everything, and i’ve had less issues overall.
But... That may simply be because Linux itself is improving, and maybe if i was on Ubuntu my feeling would be the same : less and less issues.

It’s a nice looter-shooter, and thanksfully, you can tune down the Bloom Neon Eyes Killer effect to 0.1.
Playing it from time to time since early 2018.

The game is massively pretty and immersive.
Still, i’ll wait the next big update, or the next one, to avoid burning.
I played too much already, at release.

I... oh... no, actually, not really. I don’t feel i’d like to play TotalWH-3.
